How will consumers of the future buy or acquire fashion clothing and other apparel? We have already seen a significant shift in shopping behaviour over the last 15-years due to e-commerce and mobile technologies. The Institute for Business Advancement, technology, social and retail research and innovation teams have come together to develop ideas on how businesses can meet the needs of fashion and apparel consumers in the next 5, 10 and 20 years. The project investigates technological, psychological, social and environment, best-practice advancements in the next coming years and how that will impact on how consumers obtain their clothing and other apparel.
